so i did a mile straight through yesterday, no stopping! didn't time, but it was slow, but I didn't stop and walk, just ran the whole mile...now to just keep it up
great job on the running.keep it up. one piece of advice--get good shoes if you havent' already done so--go to Fleet Feet right there in Albuquerque (8204 Menuael Blvd) I have no connection to them but have recieved noting but great advice and great service from the Fleet feet in Chicago. They will help you make your running more enjoyable..trust me!! best ofluck,
